What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

Short phone interview to discuss previous experience (if any), expectations etc

2. First Interview

During the face to face interview you will learn more about the business and daily life within the TruClean team

3. Trial Shift

You will have the opportunity to work an example shift to get a feel for the job and gain experience from our experienced team leaders

4. Offer

After a successful trial shift you will be offered the job.
